He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Bailey and Nelly Aiknes Bailey; and his siblings, Vincent and Carolyn. He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Bailey; his grandson Raelynd Bailey; his sister Beverly; and his sister-in-law Sandy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
