He was predeceased by: his father Walter Bullock. He is survived by: his mother Cynthia Bullock (Williams); his wife Merry Bullock (Harmon); his daughters, Britney Bullock and Alicia Moss; his sisters, Melissa Bullock, Betina Williams (Josh), Sabrina Bullock (Darrell) and Eugenia Bullock (James); his mother-in-law Sandra Ashby; his siblings-in-law, Cynthia McCullough (Brandon), Amy Schoffstall (Larry) and Travis Harmon (Megan); his uncle Ron McCloud; and his pet Quinn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and cousins.
