She was predeceased by: her parents, LaVerne Eastwood and Marjorie Eastwood (McCoskey); her husband Dr. Richard Alan Huntworth; her sisters, Sandy Eastwood and Nikki Eastwood; and her former husband Jim Goodwin.
She is survived by: her son Mike Goodwin (Jackie) of Linton; and her grandchildren, Peyton Goodwin (Cody Moorman) and Jakob Goodwin.
