Stephen K. Farnsworth Obituary

He was predeceased by: his father Don Farnsworth. He is survived by: his mother Marie Farnsworth; his sister Donna; his children, Stephanie Klemencic (Dan), Jared Farnsworth (Becky), Kellie Farnsworth and Andrew Farnsworth (Johnna); and his grandchildren, Patrick, Emily of Owen, DH, Ruth, Reed, Conrad, Otto and Benny. He is also survived by cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice of the Wabash Valley.
