It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Johnson of Terre Haute, Indiana, born in Sullivan, Indiana, who passed away on December 16, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clem McClure and Delores McClure. She is survived by: her siblings, Donald, Richard, Judy and Sharon Swayze of Avon; her significant other Dale Clint Johnson; and her children, Debra McCowen of Terre Haute, Rhonda Stearman (Daryl) of Plainfield and Scott Johnson (Mickey) of Fairbanks. She is also survived by grandmother to her seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the DeBaun Funeral Homes & Crematory (85 E Springhill Dr, Terre Haute, IN 47802). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
