He was predeceased by: his significant other Janis Darlene Neal (Nene); his parents, Paul Neal and Kiva Neal; his siblings, Virginia Neal, Pauline Stone (Gerald) and William Neal (Julia); and his siblings-in-law, Robert Hawkins (Ann) and Wanda Bennett.
He is survived by: his children, Robin Neal, Mark Neal (Angela) and Jan Heller of Terre Haute, IN.; his grandchildren, Shawna Lucas, Wesley Neal (Aleah), Alex Heller (Kristal) of Terre Haute and Aaron Heller (Hannah) of Nacogdoches, TX; his siblings-in-law, Sheila Paschal (Randy) of Anderson, IN and Jerry Hawkins (Rita) of Sullivan, IN.; and his friend Marietta Cannaday. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.
