He was predeceased by: his mother Karen Halter Murray (Kimmel); and his brother Anthony Halter. He is survived by: his father Robert H Halter; and his siblings, Amanda Kosto (David), Jayne Ginopolis and Timothy Halter. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
