With solemn reverence, we commemorate Rebecca Angela Meadlo of Terre Haute, Indiana, whose life came to an end on January 21, 2025 at the age of 74, leaving behind cherished memories. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorenzo Young and Virginia Young; her husband Raymond "Rex" Meadlo; and her brothers, James Young and David Young.
She is survived by: her children, Michelle Meadlo, Von Meadlo and Rayleene Hickman (Steve); her siblings, Stephen Young (Linda), Helen Clouse (Bill), Vangie Stewart and Debbie Price (Steve); her sister-in-law Phyllis Young; and her grandchildren, Austin, Bryant, Crimson and Drista Hickman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Fitzpatrick Funeral Home (220 North 3rd Street, West Terre Haute, IN 47885). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Samaritans Purse and/or to the global partners of the Wesleyan Church.
