He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Skinner and Charlotte Skinner. He is survived by: his children, Travis Skinner (Merry) of Yulee, Florida and Satin Smith (Denver) of Terre Haute, Indiana; his siblings, Jerry Skinner (LaVonne) of Arizona, Candy Skinner DeWitt (Robert) of Arizona and Scott Skinner (Judy) of Florida; and his grandchildren, Jenna, Leah Skinner and Emilee Doan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
