Phyllis J. Proctor Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis J. Proctor of Terre Haute, Indiana, who passed away on April 14, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Phyllis' earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Phyllis has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Nelson and Edna Bullerdick Ahlemeyer; her husband Paul Proctor; and her brother Jack Nelson. She is survived by: her children, Chris Diel (Marlene), Sheryl Diel, Nancy Bauer, Brad Diel (Juanita) and Debra Ennen (David); her stepdaughter Cathy Hunter (Roy); and her sisters, Betty Nelson, Beth Tevlin (Terry), Tana Holzmeyer and Becky Wright. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
