It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Muriel Joyce Allen of Terre Haute, Indiana, who passed away on March 4, 2025, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Payne and Eva Mutton Payne; her husband Jesse Edward Allen; her granddaughter Lindsay; her sister Audrey Norton; and her son-in-law Richard Harper.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Allen (Carrie), Janet Parvis (Dave) and Carolyn Harper; her grandchildren, Geoff McWilliams (Julie), Robin Munson (Ken), Rhiannon Stanfield (Eric), Jamie Tavenier (Charlie) and Lauren Kirby (Parker); her great grandchildren, Ryanne Stanfield, Tyler Stanfield, Sydney Stanfield, Rylee Stanfield, Quinn Munson, Gavin Munson, Mae Munson, Addison McWilliams, Zeke McWilliams, Kelsey Mills and Kaylee Mills; and her niece Geraldine Haynes (Neil).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the DeBaun Funeral Homes & Crematory (85 E Springhill Dr, Terre Haute, IN 47802). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
