He is survived by: his sons, Michael Stephens, James Stephens and Mark Anthony Stephens, Jr.; and his siblings, Mike Stephens (Lisa), David Stephens (Jo), Jeff Stephens (Jane), Lorrie Mundell (Johnny), Missy Switzer (Doug) and Chris Stephens. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
