He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Billy Joe" Ketner and Loretta Ketner; and his granddaughter Kendall Claire. He is survived by: his brothers, Brian, Keith and Craig; his children, Melissa, Matt, Paul, Ethan and Hannah; and his granddaughter Charlotte.
