She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Welton and Helen Welton (Reed); and her husband Dr. Wilbert "Mac" McIntosh. She is survived by: her children, Susan Stroot (Chris), Thomas Kotter (Penni) and Patrick Kotter (René); and her grandchildren, Patrick Jacob Kotter (Cassie), Joseph Cane Kotter, Lindsey Lydick, Joshua Rogers (Amanda), Ashleigh Lewis (Craig), Caitlin Kemp (Josh) and Lindsay Pullen (Nick). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the DeBaun Funeral Homes & Crematory (85 E Springhill Dr, Terre Haute, IN 47802). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
