She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Bush and Betty Daub; her uncle Ed; and her sisters, Cheryl Hovey and Karen Ellis.
She is survived by: her husband Jay Lazzell; her children, Jason Chatman (Renee), Lindsay Chatman-McDonald (Brandon) and Jess Lazzell; her stepchildren, Jenny Lazzell, Chris Lazzell and Sarah Lazzell; her brother Ralph Wagle; her grandchildren, Blake, Ayden, Paige, Hunter, Liam, Madison, Cayden and Jayce; and her great grandchild Kohen.
