Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Joyce leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Belcher and Opal Belcher (Collins); her husband Charles Hogue; and her son Brad Hogue. She is survived by: her children, Caroll Norris (Ken), Diane Wilding-Farr (Mike), Linda Cutright (Howard) and Chuck Hogue (Barb). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and 6 great-great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greiner Funeral Home (2005 N 13th St, Terre Haute, IN 47804). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
