It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johnny Dean Salyer of Terre Haute, Indiana, who passed away on January 21, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Harvey Salyer; and his granddaughter Destiny Fields. He is survived by: his mother Glenda Salyer (Chapman); his wife Mary; his children, Haylee (Ryan Fields) and Jason Keck; his siblings, Dora Augburn, Sonya Salyer Howell, Sheila Heyen, Curtis Salyer (Julie) and Gary Salyer (Sharon); and his grandchildren, Wyatt Wagner, Landon Salyer-Higginbotham and Destin Fields. He is also survived by extended family including nieces, nephews and cousins and childhood friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to help offset funeral costs.
