He is survived by: his wife Dale Ann; his son John Ryan (Samantha Koch); his granddaughter Katerina Alaina-Marie; his siblings, Dr. Eugene O'Neal (Phyllis), Margaret Ann Sweigart, Mary Catherine Weber (Larry) and Rose Ellen Dixon (Danny); and his brother-in-law Dennis. He is also survived by three nephews; three nieces and eleven great nieces and nephews.
