He is survived by: his wife Connie Hayworth (Fidler); his daughter Angelic Sulejmani (Faruk); his grandchildren, Aly Payne and Marcus Payne (Callie); his sisters-in-law, Laura Hayworth (Byron) and Sandi Wells; and his brother Byron Hayworth. He is also survived by brother.
