He was predeceased by: his father James Waggoner (Mary). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Jo Waggoner (Richardson); his children, Suzy Lawson (Anthony) and Jamie Waggoner; and his siblings, Dawn Hipkiss, Dale Waggoner (Nona), Dean Waggoner (Ellen) and David Waggoner (Elizabeth). He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews, and He had many friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the North Kingdom Hall.
