He was predeceased by: his parents, George Cottom and Beverly Cottom (Haase); and his brothers, Van Cottom and Mark Cottom. He is survived by: his close friend Terry Cottom; his daughter Crystal Cottom; his siblings, Jerry Cottom and Martha Cottom; and his caregivers, Rosie, Ellen and Amanda. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
