She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Cardinal and Cecelia Cardinal (Witteried); her children, Andrea Blackburn and Roderick "Guppy" Hutton; her great grandchildren, Paul and Bradley Fleck; her granddaughter Lindsey Fleck; and her siblings, Charles (Margaret Cardinal) and Mary Bauer.
She is survived by: her children, Angie Phegley (Denis), Alicia Ashcraft (Mike) and Bobby Hutton; her son-in-law Brent Blackburn; her grandchildren, Marc Phegley, Brandon Fleck (Elizabeth), Blake Blackburn (Brooke), Meghan DeBaun (Seth) and Ryan Hutton; her great grandchildren, Nate Phegley, Maleah Phegley, Brylie Fleck, Colin Fleck, Abram DeBaun, Arlo Blackburn, Rhett Blackburn, Frank Blackburn, Edith Blackburn and Ainsley Blackburn; and her sister Carolyn Pennington (Jerry). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Francis Xavier Cathedral Church. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
