She was predeceased by: her mother Leila Simmons (Cottom); and her sister Sandy Eggers. She is survived by: her son Chris Scott (Kiki); her grandchildren, Aidan Scott, Cayden Scott and Colton Scott; and her siblings, Bob Davis, Bruce Simmons, Mary Lynn Simmons and Wyann Eggers.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Samaritan Affordable Funeral and Cremation Services (2425 Wabash Ave, Terre Haute, IN 47807). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
