He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Robert and Phyllis Jean Deal (Nichols); and his brother-in-law Dennis. He is survived by: his children, Erik Deal (Cathy Coleman) and Alyssa Wathen; his siblings, Robert Deal (Eileen), Patrick Deal (Diana), Darryl Deal (Margarita), Cathy Grimes (late Dennis Grimes), Jennifer Weir (Gary Weir) and Libby Toney (Bill Toney); his grandchildren, Emily, Logan, Ashlyn, Anthony and Kiersten; and his pets, Daisy and Sparky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Samaritan Affordable Funeral and Cremation Services (2425 Wabash Ave, Terre Haute, IN 47807). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
