Though Garry may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Garry touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Burris and Jeanette Ellen Matney (Smith); his significant other Carolyn Louise Burris (Agan); and his brother Larry Burris. He is survived by: his children, Angela Burris and Aaron Burris (Ruby); his grandchildren, Skyler Burris (Dominic), Brayden Burris and Colten Burris; his great grandchild Thalia Faye Burris; and his siblings, Corban Dell Matney and Tina.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 9:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the New Life Fellowship (7849 Wabash Ave, Terre Haute, IN 47803).
