He is survived by: his wife Janet Stevens; his daughters, Misty Stevens (Edward Wright) and Ashley Stevens; his grandchildren, Riley Stevens, Leyland Kelly and Makyla Stevens; and his siblings, Elmer Carlyle Jr. and Nancy Stevens. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
