He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Douglas Coulter and Evelyn Louise Lamb Yettaw; his stepfather Lawrence Yettaw; his sisters, Carol Elaine Coulter, Cynthia Waneta Sprague and Kathy Hughes; his aunt Eleanor Wheeler (Lamb); his uncle William Lamb; and his brother-in-law Gregory Stephens.
He is survived by: his wife Cattina Coulter; his siblings, Sueanne Stephens, Carol Seward (David) and Jack Estes (Becky); and his cousins, William Lamb, Genevieve Howard, Julie Schroeder and Tina Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.
