He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Maxwell and Maxine Maxwell of Terre Haute; and his son-in-law Trevor Scamihorn. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Tomlinson Maxwell; his children, Christopher Maxwell (Lori), Brian Maxwell (Christi), Tiffany Scamihorn and Sonia Newman (Brad); his grandchildren, Shelbie Reed (AJ), Natalie Scamihorn, Cody Maxwell (Katlyn), Wyatt Maxwell, Maxwell Scamihorn, Talan Maxwell, Jade Maxwell and Chase Maxwell; his brother Jim Maxwell; his brother-in-law Tom Tomlinson; and his friends, June Wagner and Jake. He is also survived by two nieces, a nephew, and countless special cousins and friends.
