He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Winkle and Adda Winkle (Akers). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Rose Winkle (Snow); and his children, Barbara Stephens, Charles Winkle, Jr. and Bill Winkle. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the DeBaun Funeral Homes & Crematory (85 E Springhill Dr, Terre Haute, IN 47802).
