He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Arthur and Helen Howlett (Cooprider). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Howlett (Kisner); his son C. Michael; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Howlett; his grandchildren, Evie and Sebastain Howlett; his in-laws, Deb, Rick Johnson, Terri, Bill Svihla, Pat and Virgil Winter; and his nieces and nephews, David, Beth, Brooke, Connor, Carey and Alisa.
