It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara G. Hoffman of Terre Haute, Indiana, who passed away on November 3, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Barbara had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Barbara may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Stroot and June Schwarz Stroot. She is survived by: her husband Frank J. Hoffman; and her children, Dianne Johnston (Gregory) of Terre Haute, Scott Hoffman (Michele) of Spotsylvania, VA, Gretchen Hoffman of Terre Haute and Alida Griner (Jeff) of Fishers, IN. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
