He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Alfredo, Ippolita Orecchio, Anthony and Raphaela Basile; his parents-in-law, John and Jean House; and his brothers-in-law, John House, Jr. and Tim House.

He is survived by: his parents, Gabriel Basile and Nella Basile (Orecchio); his wife Katrina Basile (House); his sons, Anthony Basile Jr. (Jessica), Nicholas Basile, Michael Basile and Joseph Basile; his grandchildren, Isabella Basile, Jaesa Joseph, Ari, Kylen and Kaidre; his sister Rosanne Basile; his brother-in-law Brad House (Courtney); and his nieces and nephews, Erin House, Ashley House, Allyson Sumansky (House), Jocelyn House, Alia Ramahi, Ryan House, Caleb House, Elijah House and Colton House. He is also survived by great niece and two great nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Samaritan Affordable Funeral and Cremation Services (2425 Wabash Ave, Terre Haute, IN 47807). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
