Wanda R. Winchell Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wanda R. Winchell of Tell City, Indiana, who passed away on September 18, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Seifert and Myrtle Ahl (Anson); her husband James H. "Jim" Winchell; her brothers, Charles Blaine Seifert and Kenneth "Bud" Seifert; and her siblings-in-law, Linda Seifert and Robert Whitehead.

She is survived by: her children, Rita Ramsey (Lewis) and Keith B. Whitehead (Dorothy); her grandchildren, James Ramsey (Tonya), Shane Ramsey (Lei Ann), Jamie Zellers (Nick), Destiny Webb (Bruce) and Brandon Whitehead; her great grandchild Savannah Kunkel; and her siblings, Betty Whitehead, Marvin Seifert (Betty) and Jerry Seifert (Theresa).
