He is survived by: his parents, Michael Drake and Jennifer Drake (Chenualt); his daughter Evelyn; his sisters, Monica Huff and Destiny Drake; his nieces, Clohe, Calissa and Cayleigh Kelly; his nephew Sam Baker; his uncle Rev. Tim Chenault; and also Nikki Lewis.

Memorial contributions may be made to Southern Indiana Horseman's Club and Valhalla Veterans Services.
