The memory of Theresa Lautner (Tell City, Indiana), who passed away on December 12, 2024 at the age of 67, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel Lautner; her father Robert Childress Sr.; her niece Sarah; and her parents-in-law, Rudolph and Clara Lautner.
She is survived by: her mother Norma Childress Sr. (Buening) of St. Henry; and her siblings, Suzy Conen (Dale) of New Boston, Mary Acuff (Curt) of French Lick, Cathy "Chatty" Bolte (Kevin) of Ferdinand, Rebecca McNeely (Dale) of Huntingburg and Robert Jr. "Chili" Childress (Cheryl) of Ferdinand. She is also survived by 20 nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home (920 10th St, Tell City, IN 47586). A prayer was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Lange-Fuhs Cancer Center at Jasper Memorial Hospital or the New Boston Volunteer Fire Dept.
