He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Parker and Lucille Parker (Kleeman); and his siblings, Wib Jr., Gary, Bill, Bobby Parker and Norma Hunt.
He is survived by: his former wife Marcia Herrell; his wife Marcia "Toodie" Parker of Tell City; his sons, Eric Parker of Mitchell, IN, Dana Collins (David) of Evansville and Darren Ice (Carlyn) of Marietta, GA; his siblings, Mary Lou Poehlein (Norman) of Evanston and John Parker (Regina) of Tell City; his grandchildren, Ethan, Emily and Isaac; and his great grandchild Ezra.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
