He was predeceased by: his father Curt Holman. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Holman (Pund) of Tell City; his daughter Christina Millay (Holman); his brothers, Wayne Holman (Cara) and Bill Holman; his nephews, Ian Holman and Clayton Holman (Michela); and his niece Kendall Holman.
