She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Leslie Early; and her son Larry Thomas Clark. She is survived by: her sons, Gary Allen Clark (Dolores) of New Jersey and Charles "Chuck"; her brothers, George Hoyt Allen (Elizabeth) of Cloverport and John Martin Allen (Sue) of Henderson, KY; and her grandson Thomas Clark of New Jersey.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Heart to Heart Hospice or to St. Rose Catholic Church.
