She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrtle McCoy (Cassidy) and Harry McCoy; her children, John Michael James, Anita Cheryl Anderson and Robert Vernon James; her granddaughter Steffanie Pickett; and her siblings, Shirley Ann Hilgenhold (McCoy) and Kenny Ernst.
She is survived by: her children, Harry Gabriel James (Diane) and Angela Mae Pickett (Kenneth); her grandchildren, Donald James, Melinda James Schmidt, John Michael James Jr., Christa James, Troy James, Monty Anderson, Kevin Anderson, Kristina Anderson, Brandy James, Kari Pickett Cowan and Olivia Pickett; and her great grandchildren, Quentine, Haiden, Aaliyah, Trenton, Hunter and Christian. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home (920 10th St, Tell City, IN 47586). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
