He was predeceased by: his father Grover C. Bailey; and his brother Clayton Bailey. He is survived by: his former wife Kimberly A. Harper; his wife Kim Bailey; his children, Roseanna Richards of Flat Rock, MI, Tyler Bailey (Breanna Swanagan) of North Pole, AK and Niccole Bailey; and his siblings, David Bailey (Trina Dunson) of Lima, OH, Angela Bailey (Mike Simon) of Forest, OH, Wanda Underhill (Jay Henninger) and Shawn Bailey (Christina). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
