He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank O'Brien and Ethyle O'Brien (Dano); his wife Charlotte O'Brien; and his brothers, David, Don and Dan O'Brien.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff O'Brien (Tessa) of Tell City, James O'Brien of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and Kasi O'Brien; his grandchildren, Cole, Cadin, Chase, Alex (Chelsea), Drevan O'Brien, Hailey and Chloe Carman; and his great grandchild Blaire.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home (920 10th St, Tell City, IN 47586). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Peter's UCC Cemetery in Evanston.
