He is survived by: his wife Ginger Burns; his caregiver Ashley; his sons, Brad Miller and Greg Miller; his grandchildren, Jeff Miller, Trey Miller, Angel Miller and Kierra Miller; and his friends, Jeff Miller, Trey Miller, Rodney Hupp, Charlie Baumeister, Mike Moskos and Alex of Dela Llana, MD..
