She was predeceased by: her mother Donna Bozarth; and her brother Mark Bozarth. She is survived by: her husband Scot Sandage of Tell City; her children, Spencer of Tell City, Jordan "Jordy" of Tell City and Hunter Sandage of Tell City; and her siblings, Kimmy Thomas of Tell City, Stephanie Isom of Cannelton and Scotty James of Cannelton.
