He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Sandage and Hope Sandage (Howell); and his siblings, Sharon Harding, Gary Sandage and Steven Sandage.
He is survived by: his children, Dawn Jewell (Curtis), Amy Lumpkins (Freddie) and Jayson Sandage (Samantha); his brother Ronnie Sandage; his grandsons, Andrew Snyder and Kyle Snyder (Daylen Trimble); and his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Camdyn, Wayde and Gracelyn Snyder. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
