It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles W. Pryor of Tell City, Indiana, who passed away on November 10, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Pryor and Margaret Pryor (McGinnis); and his brother Rex Pryor. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Pryor of Sellersburg; his children, Owen Pryor (Brenda) of Golden Valley, AZ, Clif Pryor (Marquita) of Killeen, TX, Leona Tibbetts (Eric) of Pearce, AZ, Brian Rhodes (Rebecca) of Crestwood, KY and Kevin Rhodes of Amherst, OH; and his siblings, Richard Pryor of Appleton City, MO, Mary Sheldon of Fort Scott, KS, Ruth Wheatley (Terry) of Rich Hill, MO and Evelyn Corl (Jim) of Neosho, MO. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home (920 10th St, Tell City, IN 47586). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
