He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Scott and Laura Scott (Boulware); and his siblings, Mary Louise Nichols, Charlotte Parker, Ross Scott, Don Scott, Dave Scott, Merill Scott and Dale Scott.
He is survived by: his sons, Kent Scott of Tell City, David Scott of Leavenworth and Jay Scott of Evansville; his grandchildren, Seth Scott of Princeton, IN, Rhiannon Scott and Mellisa Scott of Colorado Springs, CO; and his great grandchildren, Oaklynn, Waylon, Emberlynn and Adylynn.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home (920 10th St, Tell City, IN 47586). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Indiana University NIL.
