He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Jarboe and Kathryn Jarboe (James); and his siblings, Clara Elizabeth Jarboe, Dorothy Taylor, Agnes Ward, Paul Jarboe and Sarah Beard.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jarboe; his daughters, Jackie Lockridge (Steve) and Jill Peter (P. J.); his grandsons, Matt Lockridge (Lacey), Ross Peter and Victor Peter; and his great grandchildren, Max, Molly and Morgan Lockridge.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Mark Catholic Church Cemetery.
