With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Allen Kast of Tell City, Indiana, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on April 8, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clemens Kast and Priscilla Kast (Martin); his wife Nancy Kast (Jenkins); his son Jeff Kast; his grandson Andy Kast; and his siblings, Jervis Kast, Belle Schaefer and Imelda Kast.
He is survived by: his daughters, Joan Esarey (Gary) and Janet Wagner (Chris); his brother Daryl Kast; his grandchildren, Kris Kast, Lindsay Kast, Ryan Pfeifer, Cody Pfeifer (Kasi), Jessica Campbell (Travis) and Amanda Wagner (Eric Faulkenberg); and his great grandchildren, Kinley, Jacelyn Pfeifer and Beckett Pfeifer.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul Catholic Church, Heart to Heart Hospice or Oakwood Health Campus Activity Fund.
