He is survived by: his parents, Yevette McDonald (Swaney) and David Duke of Tell City; his wife Kayla Duke (Seifert) of Evansville; his stepfather Errol McDonald of Rockport; his brother Victor Vazquez of Evansville; and his grandparents, Verna of Tell City, Harvey Duke of Tell City and Carl Simpson of Tell City.
