With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sharon Kay Poe of Taylorsville, Indiana, who passed away on March 9, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alford Hawkins and Marjorie Barnett Hawkins; her husband John Ronald Poe; and her brothers, Donald and Mark.

She is survived by: her children, Duane Poe (Dixie) of Columbus, Darin Poe (Ali) of Avon and Tina Norfrey (Jimmy) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Larissa of Dalton, Leslie, Dylan, Hannah, Grace, Sierra, Daniel, Savanna, Drew and Grant; and her siblings, Brenda, Shirley, Keith and Pamela. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, several cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given through the funeral home to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.
